Michele’s interest in health and wellness led her to become a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Instructor with Core Power Yoga. In 2010, she launched her first fitness company called S.P.Y., a comprehensive program combining principles of strength training, Pilates and Yoga.

Her continued education and certifications include T.P.I. Golf Fitness, Advanced personal training and Pilates. This led her to create the Michele McCord Method (M3) which is a progressive, integrative, and individualized approach to transformation. The Method is a cross-training philosophy built on each client’s health history and a series of physical fitness screenings. Michele, (sometimes referred to as “Coach McCord”) has applied the M3 method to help NFL players, recording artists, celebrities, golfers, and everyday people. In just six weeks the Method can reduce physical pain, increase strength, improve athletic performance, balance, and flexibility.
